Why you should care
- 01
Mint a Pepe.
Buy a character on OpenSea. It is yours to hold, sell, or transfer.
- 02
Become a Citizen.
Minting makes you a Hood Citizen. You own the art. You do not earn yet.
- 03
Activate it.
Spend $PEPEH once to switch your character on.
- 04
Become a Broker.
Activation makes you a Hood Broker. Your character gets its own desk.
- 05
Your Broker gets stronger over time.
Hold it, upgrade it, show up. Your share of Pay-day grows.
- 06
The Hood earns from its ecosystem.
Trading and Pepe sales fill the pot. Quiet week, small pot — possibly zero.
- 07
Brokers share Pay-day.
Once a week, activated Brokers split what was actually collected.
Every Citizen can become a Broker. Activation is the door.
The activation discount, the points formula, and the treasury sit in How it works. This page does not need them first.
Then the mechanism
You already have the story. This is the machinery on Robinhood Chain — a character earns only after you activate it. Written plainly first; open any row for the mechanism underneath.
- 01
The character
Each of the 7,777 characters is a collectible you own outright. Holding one makes you a Hood Citizen — on its own it does not earn anything yet.
+Show technical detail
Every character is an ERC-721 token with on-chain metadata covering seven trait slots. Rarity tier comes from the finished metadata and is fixed — it is not re-rolled, and no additional collection supply is planned.
- 02
The activation discount
Whitelist mints get 50% off activation; public mints get 10% off. No tokens are sent — the discount applies when you activate.
+Show technical detail
Discounts are fixed constants in the Activation contract (50% whitelist mint, 10% public). Whitelist mint flags are imported on-chain per token ID from CSV before freeze. The rate follows how the token was minted, not the current wallet, and transfers with the NFT.
- 03
Activation
Activation is the switch. You spend $PEPEH once, your character gains its own wallet and starts earning points, and you go from Hood Citizen to Hood Broker.
+Show technical detail
Activation requires your discounted $PEPEH amount plus a 1% fee. On success the protocol creates and bonds an ERC-6551 Token Bound Account to that token and starts the holding clock. Whoever holds the NFT controls the account, so selling the character transfers the wallet and its contents with it. Before activation there is no account, no points, and no Pay-day.
- 04
$PEPEH
One token runs everything. You use it to activate your character and to buy upgrades — there is no second token.
+Show technical detail
$PEPEH is the only protocol ERC-20; "fuel" is role language for how it is spent, never a separate asset. Supply is 1,000,000,000. After the NFT mint is finished it is deployed and liquidity is created on PonsFamily — locked automatically, no fixed-price shop before listing. Our creator share of PonsFamily trading fees is Reward from Pons and goes to the Pay-day distributor.
- 05
Points
Your Pepe gets stronger the longer you hold it, the more you upgrade it, and the more you participate. Rarer characters start with more. Points decide how big your slice is.
+Advanced → See exact formula
P = base × plan × crew + quest + holding. Base points by tier: Common 10, Rare 18, Epic 32, Legendary 56, Mythic 100. Plans multiply rarity from 1.2× up to 4.5×; $PEPEH prices publish at mint and cannot be raised after. The crew multiplier is 1 + 0.15 × (1 − 1/n) on n activated characters in one wallet: +7.5% on the second, tapering to a +15% ceiling, counted at the minimum across the reward week, and applies to rarity × plan only. Splitting across wallets lowers n, and raising it means activating another character, so it cannot be farmed. Quest points add 1 per completed day, 5 per 7-day streak and 15 per 28-day streak, counted on the current unbroken run and capped at +63. They sit outside the multipliers, so effort is the one term a plan cannot buy more of. A single missed UTC day resets the run and every point it earned to zero — nothing is banked, and there is no grace day. The holding bonus adds 1.5 points per week for the first 20 weeks after activation (reaching +30), then 0.25 a week up to a +45 ceiling at week 80; it is added last, so a plan does not multiply time. On sale the buyer keeps 50% of the accrued time. It changes your points, never your payout directly — secondary royalties are a separate treasury inflow.
- 06
Pay-day
Once a week the reward pot is split between every activated character, in proportion to points. 95% goes to holders and 5% to the team.
+Show technical detail
Each holder receives Pool × (your points ÷ total active points), where Pool is 95% of the treasury balance that week. Rewards settle into the character's Token Bound Account. The pot is funded by Reward from Pons (creator share of PonsFamily trading fees) and by secondary royalties swapped to $PEPEH, so its size tracks real activity — points determine how a pot is divided, never whether a pot exists.

+Where the reward pot comes from
- Reward from Pons
After $PEPEH lists on PonsFamily, trading on that launch generates fees. Our creator share is Reward from Pons and goes to the Pay-day distributor — not a private wallet. The amount tracks how much the listing actually trades that week. The 70/30 creator / PonsFamily split is their factory rule, snapshotted at launch.
- Secondary royalties → $PEPEH
A 5% royalty on secondary NFT sales is collected in the currency the NFT sold in, swapped to $PEPEH, and deposited into the Pay-day distributor. NFT trading therefore funds Pay-day even in a quiet week for the token. Royalties are only collected on marketplaces that honour them.
- Activation + fee
$PEPEH spent to activate, including the 1% fee, is a protocol spend — not a private wallet. Destination addresses publish with the contracts at mint.
- Upgrade / plan fees
$PEPEH spent on point multipliers is a protocol spend, same as activation. Prices publish at mint and cannot be raised after. Destination addresses publish with the contracts.
On Pay-day the pot splits 95% to activated holders by points and 5% to the team.
+What a slow week looks like
- Quiet week
- If neither the token nor the collection trades, nothing is collected and the pot for that week is zero. Activated NFTs keep their points, their holding clock, and their TBA — they simply divide nothing, and no debt carries into the next week.
- One stream active
- The two inflows are independent. A week with no PonsFamily volume but active NFT trading still produces a pot from royalties, and the reverse holds too.
- Busy week
- Reward from Pons and secondary sales both feed the treasury, so the pot is larger. It is driven by real activity — not by minting, holding, or upgrading on its own.

+What this does and does not tell you
The points figure is exact — base points, the holding bonus, plan multipliers, and the crew multiplier are published rules, and this applies them. Both bonuses are points terms only: they raise your slice of the pot, they are not separate payments and they have nothing to do with secondary-sale royalties.
The share figure is an estimate, because it depends on how many characters activate, what plans they choose, and how long they hold. It assumes the rest of the field earns the collection average of 16.8 base points, held for the same number of weeks as you, with no upgrade — so a field that upgrades heavily would dilute your share.
Quest points and the holding bonus sit outside the multipliers, so a plan multiplies rarity — not time or effort. The same 63 quest points are about 10% of a maxed Mythic and most of a free Common’s total. They are also the most fragile term here. Quest points track your current unbroken run, so a single missed day takes all of them and the slider goes back to zero — this is a live streak, not a balance. A run stops paying past 28 days, which is why the ceiling is +63.
The field is assumed to average 5 quest points. That is low because the reset is unforgiving: modelling a population where 40% quest at all, most runs are short-lived, and only about a third of committed players are holding a full 28-day run at any moment.
It also assumes everyone else averages a ×1.095 crew multiplier, since most characters sit in wallets holding more than one. A single-character wallet is therefore slightly below the field, which is the honest reading rather than a penalty we apply. The crew bonus is shaped so it cannot be farmed: splitting across wallets lowers your count, and raising it means activating another character, which costs $PEPEH bought on the market. It is counted at the minimum across the reward week, so borrowing characters around the snapshot achieves nothing.
The payout figures are arithmetic on two volumes you typed in. Both feed the same treasury and are split by the same points: Reward from Pons is the $PEPEH amount you assume reaches the pot from PonsFamily trading fees that week, and secondary sales contribute the 5% royalty. There is no second pot and no separate payout for NFT sales — one treasury, one split.
They are shown as two figures because they arrive in different currencies. Reward from Pons lands as $PEPEH. Royalties are paid in whatever the NFT sold for, so the router swaps them to $PEPEH before Pay-day — and the rate on the day decides how much $PEPEH the royalty side actually buys. Adding the two here would mean assuming a $PEPEH price, which we do not publish.
Royalties are only collected on marketplaces that honour them, so treat the secondary line as optional income rather than a floor. A week with neither stream produces nothing at all.
This is deliberately not a return calculator. Activation cost per rarity and upgrade plan prices publish at mint, so until then there is no honest figure to divide by.
What stands behind a reward
Two streams fill the pot. Your Pepe gets stronger the longer you hold it, the more you upgrade it, and the more you participate — then the pot lands in your character's own wallet.
This does not make a reward guaranteed. Pay-day pays out what was actually collected that week — quiet week, small pot, possibly zero. We control the rules and the split. Whether the Hood trades is down to holders.

Your character's wallet
ERC-6551 account bonded to the NFT — it moves with the character when you sell
- Allocation is the points formula. No manual list, no discretionary bonus.
- Fixed activation discount — 50% whitelist mint, 10% public. No $PEPEH is sent to holders.
- Every rate and formula is published before it applies.
- Staging Activation is live on mainnet — explorer links on Verify.
$PEPEH is not a receipt for holding. It is what you spend:
- ActivationOne-time
- $PEPEH plus the 1% fee. The only route into Pay-day.
- Upgrade plansOptional
- Multiply points 1.2× to 4.5×. $PEPEH prices publish at mint and cannot be raised after.
- "Trade" — utility tokenProduct
- Pay the desk in $PEPEH at half the ETH price.
- "Alpha" — subscription tokenProduct
- Same 50% discount, but recurring — a repeating buy.
Product revenue absorbs the 50% discount. It does not touch the Pay-day distributor, mint $PEPEH, or dilute holder rewards. See both toolkits.
Pay-day is the first way an activated character earns, not the only one we intend to run. See what comes next.
Five tiers. More points the rarer you go.
Rarity is fixed in the finished metadata, and it does one job: it sets the base points your character earns once activated.
- Mythic100 pts10× Common28 supply0.4%
- Legendary56 pts5.6× Common213 supply2.7%
- Epic32 pts3.2× Common996 supply12.8%
- Rare18 pts1.8× Common2,350 supply30.2%
- Common10 pts1× Common4,190 supply53.9%
A Mythic starts at 10× the base points of a Common. Holding narrows that gap: the holding bonus adds the same points to any tier regardless of rarity — +1.5 a week for your first 20 weeks, then +0.25 a week to a +45 ceiling. A Common reaches 40 points by week 20 and 55 at the ceiling, before any upgrade plan. The plan multiplier applies to rarity only; holding is added last.
+How rarity is built
Each character is assembled from a stack of trait slots: Background, Head, Clothes, Eyes, Specs, Mouth, Head Object. A hat that shows up often can still sit on a Mythic if everything around it is scarce, and two characters sharing four traits can land two tiers apart on the fifth. Tier counts come from the finished metadata and are fixed at 7,777 — browse live trait frequency in the gallery.

- Accepted assets only: Toolkits settle in native ETH or $PEPEH only — no other payment tokens.
- $PEPEH discount: Pay with $PEPEH and get a 50% payment discount vs the ETH default price. The $PEPEH amount is priced from the recent pool (AMM) rate at payment time. This is a product price, separate from the fixed activation discount on mint route.
+Why the payment discount is 50%
- Why it exists
- The discount is a demand sink. Product fees are a recurring reason to hold and spend $PEPEH rather than a one-time activation cost, which is what turns the token into working infrastructure instead of a mint souvenir.
- How the price is set
- The ETH price is the list price. When you pay in $PEPEH, we take half that value and convert it at the recent pool (AMM) rate at payment time. The discount is applied to value, not to a fixed token amount, so it does not drift with the market.
- Who absorbs the cost
- Product revenue does. The discount is a reduction in what the product earns per sale — it is not funded by the Pay-day distributor, it does not mint new $PEPEH, and it does not dilute holder rewards. Protocol economics and product pricing stay separate.
- What it is not
- It is not a yield, a rebate, or a return on holding $PEPEH. It only lowers the price of a product you were already going to buy.
“Trade” and “Alpha” are products built beside the protocol — not core contracts, and never required to mint, activate, or collect Pay-day. See what each app can and cannot do.

When is the mint?+
The date drops on X the moment it is locked. We are not putting up a countdown we cannot keep.
How big is the collection?+
7,777 characters, fixed. Split across five tiers from the finished metadata: check the gallery for live Common / Rare / Epic / Legendary / Mythic counts.
Where do I mint?+
On OpenSea. The collection is a public mint on a public marketplace — not a private page. The OpenSea collection page publishes at mint. Until then there is no collection link to check — and we will not fake one.
Why mint on OpenSea and list on PonsFamily?+
We mint the collection on OpenSea and list $PEPEH on PonsFamily so the launch is public and checkable. Anyone can inspect the collection, the pool, and the lock — that is the point. Collection, launch, pool, and lock links publish on Verify.
How does it work?+
Mint a Pepe and you are a Hood Citizen. Activate it and you become a Hood Broker. Your Broker gets stronger over time. The Hood earns from its ecosystem. Brokers share Pay-day. The discount, the points, and the treasury sit in How it works; the whitepaper has the rest.
Is there an airdrop?+
No. Nobody is sent $PEPEH. After mint, activation applies a fixed discount — 50% if you minted from the whitelist, 10% if you minted publicly. You buy the remaining amount on the market when you activate. That replaced the old airdrop.
What is “fuel” if the token is $PEPEH?+
There is only one protocol token: $PEPEH. “Fuel” is how we describe its job — powering activation, upgrades, and Pay-day — not a second coin.
Does whitelist guarantee a mint?+
No automatic guarantee — more people enter than there are spots. Completing the tasks puts you in the draw. We won't check tasks the moment you submit; just finish them for real. When the list closes we'll review entries, and genuine completion goes a long way toward securing your spot. Whitelist also gets the 50% activation discount (vs 10% for public) if you mint.
How do holders earn?+
Only after activation. Buy the discounted $PEPEH amount on the PonsFamily market once the token lists after mint, activate with the 1% fee, then receive a share of the 95% holder Pay-day slice by points. Rarity can be multiplied with an upgrade plan and crew; quest and holding add after. 5% of each Pay-day goes to the team.
Are Pay-day examples a promise of returns?+
No. Site examples are teaching math only. Pay-day size depends on Reward from Pons and secondary sales that week — neither is guaranteed. Nothing here is financial advice.
Can you show a simple example?+
Teaching numbers only - not live amounts. If the weekly treasury is 10,000, holders split 9,500 by points and 500 goes to the team. Three desks with 10, 15, and 36 points (total 61) take about 1,557 / 2,336 / 5,607 of the holder slice. Exact activation amounts in $PEPEH publish on this site at mint date; pool details publish with the PonsFamily listing.
Where do rewards go?+
Into the NFT's ERC-6551 desk, which is created at activation. Sell the character and the desk balances move with it. Unactivated NFTs receive no Pay-day.
Where do I buy $PEPEH to activate?+
On PonsFamily after the NFT mint is finished and $PEPEH lists there. There is no fixed-price platform shop before listing. You buy your discounted activation amount plus the 1% activation fee on that market.
Why list on PonsFamily?+
After mint, $PEPEH is deployed and liquidity is created on PonsFamily — a public on-chain launch on Robinhood Chain, not a pool we spin up in private. Same reason the NFTs mint on OpenSea: we want the launch to be checkable. Pool and lock links publish on Verify.
How is Pay-day funded?+
Two independent taps. Reward from Pons is our creator share of trading fees on the PonsFamily listing, routed to the Pay-day distributor. Secondary NFT sales pay a 5% royalty, swapped to $PEPEH. Those two streams are the whole pot.
How does the activation discount work?+
Fixed in the Activation contract: 50% off baseline for whitelist mints, 10% for public mints. The rate follows how the token was minted, not the current wallet. Whitelist mint flags are imported on-chain from CSV before activation opens, then frozen. No $PEPEH is sent to you — the discount applies when you activate, and it is bound to the token ID, so it transfers if you sell.
Is Activation live on mainnet?+
Yes — staging NFT, $PEPEH, and Activation are deployed on Robinhood Chain mainnet (4663) so you can inspect the wiring before OpenSea mint. OpenSea + PonsFamily addresses require a new Activation deploy at mint (those addresses are immutable). Explorer links are on Verify.
How does holding longer increase points?+
Points are base × plan × crew + quest + holding. The holding bonus adds 1.5 points per week for your first 20 weeks after activation, reaching +30, then keeps creeping at 0.25 a week to a +45 ceiling at week 80. It is added last, so a plan multiplies rarity — not time. A Common still reaches 40 points at week 20 and 55 at the ceiling with no plan, against 10 at the start. Sell the NFT and the buyer keeps 50% of the accrued time. It raises your share of the pot — it is not a payment, and it is unrelated to secondary-sale royalties.
What is a Hood Citizen and a Hood Broker?+
Two names for the two states a holder can be in. Mint a character and you are a Hood Citizen — you own the art, you are part of the Hood, and you can vote once governance opens. Activate it and you become a Hood Broker: your character has its own wallet, a desk of its own, and a share of Pay-day. Every Citizen can become a Broker, and activation is the door. The names exist because holding and earning are genuinely different things here, and one word for both would hide that.
Do I earn more by holding several characters in one wallet?+
Yes. The crew multiplier is 1 + 0.15 × (1 − 1/n) on n activated characters in the same wallet, and it applies to every character's rarity × plan — so a wallet is worth more than its characters added up. Quest and holding are added after, the same for each character. The second character is the big one at +7.5%; after that it tapers to a +15% ceiling, so a large wallet cannot run away with the pot. Splitting across wallets lowers n rather than raising it, and the only way to raise n is to activate another character, which costs $PEPEH bought on the market. It is counted at your lowest holding across the week, so borrowing characters around Pay-day achieves nothing.
Does the protocol earn anything besides Reward from Pons?+
Yes. A 5% royalty on secondary NFT sales is collected in the currency the NFT sold in, swapped to $PEPEH, and deposited into the Pay-day distributor, so collection trading funds rewards. Royalties are only collected on marketplaces that honour them.
When are contracts and LP details published?+
NFT contracts at mint. $PEPEH supply is 1,000,000,000; it lists on PonsFamily after mint with liquidity locked automatically. The launch, pool, and lock links for our token publish on Verify when that listing goes live. PonsFamily's factory and locker are already on-chain and listed there now.
Can you mint more, pause, blacklist, or upgrade the contracts?+
Those answers are public now, before anyone activates. Leftover admin after mint is a multisig — that address publishes with the contracts on Verify. Who controls each thing:
- Can mint NFTs?
- Yes, until 7,777 are sold — then mint closes. Controller: the mint contract, hard-capped in code. Not an open-ended admin mint.
- Can mint $PEPEH?
- No. Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 at the PonsFamily launch. There is no later token mint.
- Can pause?
- No. $PEPEH has no pause function. Transfers cannot be frozen after listing.
- Can blacklist?
- No. $PEPEH has no deny-list. We cannot freeze a holder wallet.
- Can change fees after launch?
- Activation fee and the 5% royalty are set at deploy. The royalty cannot be raised. Pay-day is Reward from Pons and royalties only.
- Can change reward routing?
- No after listing. The PonsFamily creator share is set to the Pay-day distributor at launch and snapshotted. That split does not change afterwards.
- Can withdraw distributor?
- No arbitrary withdraw. The only outflow is the weekly split: 95% to activated holders by points (claim to TBA), 5% to the published team wallet.
- Can upgrade contracts?
- No. Protocol contracts are not upgradeable. A fix is a new deploy, not a silent swap behind the same address.
Full matrix, with who controls each row: Verify.
What happens if activity is low that week?+
Pay-day is funded by Reward from Pons and by secondary royalties. The two are independent, so a quiet week for the token can still produce a pot from NFT sales. If neither moves, the pot is zero that week. Points decide how a pot is split, never whether a pot exists. Activated NFTs keep their points, holding clock, and TBA either way.
Why do the toolkits cost 50% less in $PEPEH?+
It is a demand sink that gives $PEPEH a recurring use beyond activation. The discount is applied to value and converted at the recent AMM pool rate at payment time. Product revenue absorbs the cost — it is not funded by the Pay-day distributor, does not mint new $PEPEH, and does not dilute holder rewards. This is separate from the fixed activation discount on mint route.
When are exact activation amounts published?+
On this website at NFT mint date — activation $PEPEH per rarity and mint price. Upgrade multipliers are already public (1.2×–4.5×); $PEPEH plan prices publish at mint and cannot be raised after. $PEPEH supply is 1,000,000,000. Pool WETH paired publishes with the PonsFamily launch. Fee rates, discount odds, and admin rules (no pause, no blacklist, not upgradeable) are already public.
What are the PepeHood toolkits?+
"Trade" is the launch-and-trade desk; "Alpha" is the signals-and-research companion. Both only accept native ETH or $PEPEH. Paying with $PEPEH gets a 50% discount vs the ETH default price, with the $PEPEH amount set from the recent AMM pool rate.
Is the art on this site final?+
Yes — the collection is finished. Until mint we only publish 100 preview pieces (#1–#100) so the full set cannot be copied off the site. Every other token is listed with its traits, tier and points; the image publishes at mint.
Will anyone DM me a mint link?+
Never. Results and mint links go out only on our X account. Nobody from this project will DM you a link first.
